Terrell - I'm sorry, we are not affiliated with Kay Jewelers or any other jewelry retailer, and we are not a hiring agent either. You can contact your local stores directly to inquire about any potential openings.
-- Contributed by: Mayntzfilled out application online. Just curious to see if there are any job openings in the holland, michigan area?
-- Contributed by: terrell sandersUpgrade, We are not representatives of Kay jewelers; you would need to check with one of their stores directly. However, please note that many jewelers, even if they will not upgrade, will be happy to set an existing diamond in a new ring for you (which is usually the biggest part of your investment). Then, you could resell the original setting (possibly even to the same store). As for an upgrade, your best bet is to check with your original jewelry store, since they are the most likely to offer you that service.

-- Contributed by: upgradeCandis - Not all diamonds come with certification paperwork; it depends on where he bought the stone and the quality of it (noncertified gems rarely come with full reports). No, you will not be able to get a higher quality gem without paying the additional price for it, but you may be able to upgrade to a better or larger stone if you pay the added cost for doing so. I'd recommend taking the ring back to the jeweler he purchased it from (the exact store if possible) and inquiring about upgrades or exchanges for something more to your liking. Best wishes!
-- Contributed by: MayntzI actually have a question. My boyfriend gave me an engagment ring on December 21st and I noticed that there are black specks in the diamond which are VERY noticeable. Is there any way I would be able to get a better quality diamond in the setting free of charge? I also have 2 $100 Santa Certificates, and was wondering if I would be able to trade in the current diamond for a slightly larger one? I was also wondering why he didn't receive any diamond certification papers. Should'nt all purchased diamonds come with a report showing the four C's?? Please
