Marsha - We are not an agent of any jewelry store or retailer; I'd suggest going to the nearest Bailey Banks and Biddle store when you are able and have them examine the ring. An independent jeweler may also be able to tell you the meanings of some of the markings, though they may be specific to that chain. Best wishes!
-- Contributed by: MayntzI have a Diamond solitaire engagement ring left to me by my aunt. She purchased the ring at your store. Inside the ring the inscriptions are: TW (encased in an oval); VIP (encased in diamond pattern) 14K; the number 7487599 and on the opposite side of the inner ring the number 2.01. Is there anyway to find out if you have a certificate on the ring? Thank you for any help you can give me.

I'd suggest contacting them first, and if the store where the ring was purchased is unable to help, contact the corporate headquarters with your request. Another option is to find out the cost of the ring in 2000, which the store or headquarters may be able to provide. Even though that may not be the exact account information you're looking for, it can be helpful.
